           The strategy on patent management can be classified as below:

           1.      Internal management (contents and key points of technical development、quantities of patents、

                   application areas、organization designs)

            2.     External cooperation and competition (dispute management、cooperation alliance、technical

                   authorization)

           Preventing from infringing upon others’ patents

           1.      To retrieve domestic or foreign patents periodically and to analyze threatening areas in order to

                   make sure if it will cause any infringement for whole important document.

           2.      To do avoidance-designs: Replacing or changing elements/document that might cause any threats.

           3.      Patent arrangement: If the way of avoidance-designs can satisfy the requirement of applying to

                  patents, then we will submit the application forms.

           Technical tactics of patent-infringement

          1.      The objection reports make authorized patents invalid.

          2.      Avoidance-designs.

          3.      Innovative technology.
